Aunt Ruby's German Green
This green beefsteak will surprise you as it has beaten many red tomatoes in taste tests.
It has a rich tangy, zingy flavor and the fruits reach a pound in size.
Ida Gold
The University of Idaho developed this early golden tomato for short season areas with cool short summers. Has received high marks in taste tests. A good color companion for Glacier or Stupice.
Orange Banana
Bright orange. Can be used for paste or drying and is also good for fresh use.
Black Krim
This tomato scores high in the flavor trials with other heirloom tomatoes
and is in the Top Ten List of many gardeners favorites.
The flavor is sweet and rich with a hint of honey.
It is fairly early maturing for its size.
Cherokee Purple
A fine flavored heirloom with 8 to 10 ounce fruits with a purplish or sometimes brownish appearance. Tolerates drought better than many other varieties.
Sun and Snow
Medium-size slicer with iridescent yellow skin, snow-white flesh at early
ripening stages. This pleasantly-flavored tomato is the whitest we have
seen. Noticeably whiter than Snowball or White Wonder
types. When dipped in hot water and the skin is slipped off, you
are left with a very white tomato. The Indeterminate
vines give heavy yields of beautifully-shaped, 4-8oz fruit. Resists some
common diseases. Note when fully ripe both skin and flesh may be yellow.
