Basil, Cinnamon

Delfino 
A new type of cilantro with very finely divided leaves that resemble dill. Dual purpose as it can be used as a garnish as well as a flavoring agent to salsas.
Leisure
One of the best flavored commercial strains of slow bolting cilantro.
Bouquet
A fairly early and excellent multipurpose dill. Vigorous plants, tender dark green foliage good for dill weed. Grows erect, maturing at 30-40" with a nice size head.
Caraway
Typically used in bread making like Thyme although it has an entirely different flavor. The seeds resemble dill.
Chervil
Has leaves that are milder than parsley and can be used in much the same way in salads or for a garnish.
Chives
Relatively easy to grow and will come back year after year in mild climates. Good chopped and added to potato salads, soups and stews. The lavender colored booms are attractive to many pollinating insects.
Garlic Chives
Thick, crisp, juicy, flat leaves can be finely chopped and added to whatever needs a good garlic flavor. Makes a leafy clump like ordinary chives, and will live for years once it is started.
Summer Savory
This herb can be used in small amounts to impart a peppery flavor.
Sweet Marjoram
Commonly grown as an annual although it is perennial. Protect from frost if you intend to grow as a perennial. Spicy and aromatic.
Thyme
Has been used for medicinal and culinary purposes. Useful for flavoring roasts, breads and other dishes. Best to use sparingly in cooking. In mild climates this can grow as an evergreen shrub.
