Considered by many to be one of the hottest peppers on the planet. Later maturing than Early Jalapeno, but if heat is what you are after then this pepper is for you. Requires a longer growing season so start transplants early. Use with caution!
Cayenne Long Slim
The pepper of choice that is commonly used for hot sauces and various Mexican dishes. Plants bear numerous peppers about 6" long with thin walls so they are well suited to drying and grinding into chili powder.
Early Jalapeno
Well known for use in Mexican dishes this strain is earlier maturing than the original making it easier to grow in northern climates. Has the same flavor as regular Jalapeno.
