Regarding garden seed made
available exclusively to supporting members, I agree to not engage in seed production for seed sales unless I am granted Peters Seed & Research's written permission to do so.
I further agree that if I distribute garden seeds, I will distribute them solely to those who consent to abide by this same agreement.
What does your supporting member fee do? It helps us fund many unique and important garden seed research projects & small seed productions. Like the
perennial grain breeding program or the research done with kale or tomatoes, such as Forest Fire and other early maturing tomatoes.
The results of these are seen throughout the garden catalog. Many varieties are held exclusively for supporting members because the seed is in short supply & we feel that those who help make the research & seed production possible, should be the first to benefit, if anyone does.
